NB Health Link is a program designed to help patients waiting for a family doctor or nurse practitioner access healthcare services, be it by phone, online, or in person, in the official language of their choice.
NB Health Link is officially recognized as an ordering provider in New Brunswick. This ensures that all consultations and or results are received and triaged by the program directly.
NB Health Link has a referral pathway that allows health care providers to refer patients with urgent needs or situations to the program. Once a completed referral is received, the clinical team will triage the case and determine whether the referral is approved. A confirmation of the decision will then be sent to the referring provider.
